I am Sara Raval, holistic therapist and I work at the Norton
Homeopathic Practice in Stourbridge.
My practice is primary reflexology which involves stimulating
specific points and areas on the feet which correspond with the
various systems and organs in the body.
Reflexology is an ancient healing art which stimulates the nerves
and energy meridians in the feet as a result of applying gentle
pressure. This helps to stimulate the bodies own healing
mechanisms and a return to balance.
I offer a gentle non invasive therapy which brings a feeling of peace
and lasting wellbeing.
Reflexology, in some form, is suitable for everyone and can provide
preventive care and a return to good health if an adverse condition
is currently being experienced.
I have been in practice for over 24 years, during which time I
trained and worked with Anita Myatt, herbalist. Prior to that time I
worked in healing through providing exercise prescription.
I encourage a natural lifestyle with an emphasis on being close to
nature of which we are, of course, an integral part.
